Sounds like a good plan to stick to around the same cal intake but just add the cardio. I hope you enjoy your rest time, it's obvious that you need it, and nothing wrong with that.

I can only imagine how difficult it is to follow "a plan" whether it be cutting or bulking given your current situation. :heart: :rose:

It has been a little harder to bulk, then if we were back in the states, but the big challenge will be cutting. I will probably be utilizing all of the knowledge that you wonderful woman posses, over the many weeks of my cutting cycle!! :bigkiss:

Yes R&R will be wonderful, we are both looking forward to it and are definitely counting down the days, which are VERY few now. :p We have a pretty amazing trip lined up.

NS situps: 3 sets of 10 reps w/ eccentric after the pause. First time I've done these, and I like them. My body shook during the first set ;)

"Sprints": 9 of them today (+1 from last week) with a rest after #6 (+1 from last week).


3:20 PM
¼ cup tuna
½ cup coleslaw (vinegar based)
½ cup beans
1/5 cup onions

6:00 PM
½ Tbls Fish Oil

8:30 PM
4oz beef sirloin

PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade and water

Ok so work has pretty much sucked this week!! We have been VERY short handed, and I have basically been running our operations department single handedly, when normally we have approximately 5-6 people to help running it. Plus on top of that my manager decided to get all bitchy with me the other day for NO reason and that was definitely the straw that broke the cammels back. I ended up breaking down, I guess I had just had enough! I am not one to cry and show weakness very often, but man did it feel good. Thank goodness I have a wonderful husband that supports me and loves me - he just set there and listened to me vent all of my frustrations!! I definitely felt better afterwards. Have I told you how excited I am about my R&R coming up soon?? ;)

Power cleans: reps of 7/7/7/5 with 45/45/53/73 unfortunately, we ran out of time and there was no final set of 11  I was VERY upset…but, we almost missed lunch!!! It is a miracle that we made it. We would have been some tired, hungry, crancky individuals if we had!!

¼ PWO Shake (1 scoop) mixed with Gatorade and water – tried to mix cookies and cream and fruit punch Gatorade, because I was out of strawberry protein….let’s say that it didn’t go over very well.
