I have now had several bad days in a row (both work and eating)...it believe that it is definitely time for some R&R!! Below are the last three days summarized.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week. ;)

February 18

1:45 PM – GYM
3 sets of 20 on hyperextensions
3 sets of 15 reps on Roman chair situps.
Then went outside and did eight 20-second "sprints" with 40-second rests.


Total Calories = 1167
Protein 125g (42%)
Carbs 102g (33%)
Fat 29g (22%)
Fiber 15g


February 19

Day off from the Gym!

Total Calories = 1164
Protein 110g (38%)
Carbs 126g (41%)
Fat 26g (20%)
Fiber 17g


February 20
7:30 AM
9 egg whites
¾ cup sliced peaches
½ cup oatmeal

11:45 PM
2.2 oz heart to heart cereal

1:00 GYM
Everything was for sets of 7 reps:

Squat: 58/73/88/103/115
Power Clean: 45/45/53/63/70
Bench Press: 45/51.5/61.5/73/83


2:15 PM
PWO Shake (1 scoop ON Strawberry) mixed with Gatorade and water

4:00
6oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup green beans
1/5 cup onions
½ cup pinto beans

8:15 PM
6oz grilled chicken breast
½ cup pork
1/5 cup onions
½ cup pinto beans
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 slice of swiss cheese

Total Calories = 1421
Protein 164g (47%)
Carbs 129g (35%)
Fat 30g (19%)
Fiber 29g

You are telling me...we have somehow gotten into this "no bueno" club so now we need to freaking refocus and create a "kick A$$" club. ;)

I might be picking all of your brains as well on what choices are better then others out here, since I have such limited options. It should be fun and CHALLENGING!! (But then again I LOVE challenges!!) :heart:
 
I am so retarded lol I forgot I posted in here, and I kept thinking I'm forgetting someone but couldn't remember who, I'm so sorry huney, I've been having a rough couple of days.

Well now I can understand how come you are "bulking" with your calorie intake, nd although it's low it makes sense if you were barely eating 1000 cals before (I don't know how you did that lol). Although this wasn't healthy!!!

Sounds like a good plan to stick to around the same cal intake but just add the cardio. I hope you enjoy your rest time, it's obvious that you need it, and nothing wrong with that.

I can only imagine how difficult it is to follow "a plan" whether it be cutting or bulking given your current situation. :heart: :rose:

I don't know if I told you or not, but you and Mr. IP ;) are my favorite couple on EF, both of you are amazing people that give some much support to the other ladies.
