I have been REALLY busy at work the past two days, we have been severely short handed. :worried:

On a positive note, workout was awesome today!!

PWO Shake (1 scoop ON strawberry) mixed with Gatorade and water

5:15 PM
5 oz grilled chicken breast
½ Tbls fish oil

8:30 PM
¼ cup tuna
¼ cup spaghetti sauce
½ cup noodles
½ cup green beans

Total Calories = 1205
Protein 125g (42%)
Carbs 120g (40%)
Fat 26g (19%)
Fiber 16g

I busted up laughing at this.. I was thinking the same thing! What the heck are you going to eat on a cutting diet?? Or are you going to go on a food free diet?
 
I know, I know it's been bad. :worried: I just haven't had an appetite again this week, for some reason. Ask Mr. IP, I've actually been trying to figure out why I'm just not hungry...It has been REALLY frustrating!

Maybe it's your subconscious controling you. Gaining is hard on the head! :heart:
