Ibuprofen or Vicodine?

Gys, no addict. Got a back pain duilling very annoying. Have 1 vicodin and cuple of 800mg ibuprofen.

Now i just read that ibuprofen or vicodine has negative effects on muscle recovery.

Not an addict, i wont get addicted, pain is almost gone, just dont want to deal with it today.

whats your question bro......which one? that is up to you, but it's like comparing creatine to anadrol.....two different extremes

if you can get by on the advil go with it....as for the opiates(vicodin) having a neg effect on muscle, that is completely untrue, along with teh advil.....i know many bodybuilders that were huge and addicted to opiates such as oc, vics, and even nubain is on that level.....so quit worrying and take you an advil!

be careful once you start it's hard to stop i mean what are you going to the next time your back hurts or the next time not trying to preach i just know for experence it dosen't take long to from a habit

ibu would be 100x safer IMO.

I even take 2ish ib's pre and post workout if I know i'm going to bust it hard in the gym that day.

dont worry guys, no addictive personality here. I have access to preety much anything. But i love my body, i do party, but no addictions here. Just wont let it happen. i have several friends addicted to several things so i dont wanan be in thier shoes.

Vico's are fun but I think its to hard to get motivated and almost impossible for me to get a good pump while on em. I used to take them all the time and started to feel like they were my multi V but when I ran out I kinda was dissapointed. haha. Who cares they barely fuck you up anyway. I would just not take them because they make me a downer but for some people they feel speedy... but still I cant admagine your body to react sharp and powerful while on them.
