Start an online training journal on the womens board? I know Elite has a board for it but I'm not platinum. But instead of being just for me, ALL the ladies that want to participate could post their workouts and diet so we can all learn from each other and help to keep each other in check. I have learned so much from y'all and coming here everyday helps motivate me. After I return from Germany at the end of this month I am really going to get my ass in gear and get MY perfect body (whatever that may be :rolleyes: ). I just wanted to ask for permission first from the Mods and see if any one else would be interested. Thanks in advanced.
 
Spats, I mean detailed list of goals, lifts,poundage, diet, supps. All that, but on one thread so people don't have to go searching for hours just to find info. It's just a thought and I know how busy everyone is. Other boards have similar threads but I am motivated by the ladies of Elite like no other!

Maybe a seperate thread for those that are competiting listing what they did this # of weeks out from the show, etc. I think Fennec had a thread like that. Am I making any sense. If not just tell me to shut up :D

oh and daily would be good.
 
Ok, I'm a computer idiot. That sounds cool. Could you possibly make it a Sticky. Like the links to your cutting and bulking diet thread is one example of usefull info that everyone especially newbies could learn from. And maybe a thread for Personal Bests as far as lifts. I think someone (maybe WL) mentioned that before. The reason I'm bringing this up is because I did a search last night and I found some good info, but It took so long:o
I'm just trying to find little ways to better the board. Not that its not great already.

I'm not trying to rip George off I was just trying to find ways to help everyone especially the newbies out. That's why I asked just to see if it was a good or bad idea. Thank you for replying. And maybe I'm cheap but I'm not working right now so every little bit adds up for me.:rolleyes:

On second thought, you are right. I can just go to fit day and keep track of all this. I don't want to overstep my boundaries or take advantage of George's generosity in any way. But thank you for answering my questions. :)
 
Yes Spatts, I think WL mentioned it before but then the thread got lost as the posts went up. Maybe just a sticky where everyone can go in and update their lifts and view what everyone else is doing. I say this becuase I get so much motivation when I see how strong you ladies are. And maybe a thread for cutting and progress reports. I get what you are saying about taking up too much space so it does not have to be daily, but maybe just weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Whenever the person has the chance to update. OR maybe just a thread that has links to the older threads that are pretty usefull. I'm not really sure right now about all the details right now but I will let you know when I get back. This board has a lot of usefull info but when you do a search it's takes a while to sort through the really good info and the "fluff" so to speak. Thanks!:D
