Unfortuanately judges do sometimes allow search warrents based on the words of questionable sources.
We had a case here in NY where an old woman had a heart attack and died after a percussion grenade was thrown into her apartment.
This was all on the word of some crackhead that said drugs were being sold out of the house.

Post this on the legal forum. I'm sure they'll have alot to say.

I have a meeting with my attorney in two days, so far the police have not cooperated with his legal request for information pertaining to the reason for the search. The boy is 24 and the whore is 25 they are both old enough to know right from wrong, I have documented evidence that they stole from the business of which I am employeed as manager. I also have witnesses to the admission of guilt by the little prick after he was caught. He paid for the stolen supps, 250.00 with a check that bounced. I am angry and someone has to pay. Nap complex if this happened to you, would you be so foregiving? I intend to do every action through the legal system, not some stupid act of violence. Also the cop in charge of the whole thing threathened my wife at the gym when it was being searched. Contrary to what some people believe we still have rights.

In this situation a 'knock and talk' is what happens. They come to your door and ask to come in. When the subject (i.e. you) asks for a warrant the cops/agents try and BS and intimidate you by using threats against you claiming ".. a warrant is a phone call away..", ect.
This is gross misconduct and you need a BLOODTHIRSTY ATTOURNEY.

Yes that was in Harlem-I saw that on Fox News. Thing is they (as fucking bullshit as it was seeing that the lady who lived there was elderly and also involved in the community they could have had people verify who she was) they did have a warrant.
