hey ranger, errr, anadrol- use deca. Lots of deca. Minimum of 1 gram/wk. Throw the adrol and fina in with it, and you've got a great cycle. And for diet, brother Frackal hit the mail on the head, so to speak.

id go with 10 anadrol a day 20 dballs a day and 10 halos a day.and if you dont mind injecting throw in some fina at 300mg a day.

i managed to take out the needle and burn it and then had little problems with the ejaculation, but it all went fine

but damn you would think the damn company would make the top of the vial easy to open, i had to get a friggin pliar to open the damn thing, it took me forever too
