Start by using this website in order to calculate your current caloric intake: USDA - CNPP - MyPyramid Tracker
1. Go to the bottom right and click "CHECK IT OUT".
2. Fill in the required fields then click "PROCEED TO FOOD INTAKE".
3. Enter all food you ate in the previous day. You will see your entries in a list on the right.
4. Click "SELECT QUANTITY".
5. After entering quantities click "SAVE AND ANALYZE".
6. Click "CALCULATE NUTRIENT INTAKES FROM FOODS".
7. You now have an excellent breakdown of your daily nutrition including Micro & Macro nutrients.
