I want to break the barrier. Help me get big!

Help me get big!

I need help guys/and gals. I have been small all my life, and I have always wanted to be bigger. I have trained for 10 years of my life and have made good gains but I have hit a barrier that no matter what, I just cant break.

My current weight is 167lbs, My peak was 174lbs, My goal is 185lbs/+leaner than I am now(6pack baby!) I eat all the time, but my body is strange, I can eat one day like I have a tape worm, and then the next I wont be hungry at all(hard to make gains like that) I eat mostly chicken, tuna, steak, and cheap pasta dishes, and brown rice. I currenty take "up your mass" from Vitamin world(consists of 800 cal/64grams protien+ lots of amino's) twice daily and not really getting any gains. My weight will jump week to week from 172 back down to 167.

When I was on dbol is when I hit 174lbs and was in the best shape of my life, but now I dont trust that site anymore+it was overpriced, I know a guy who is suppose to get me test/and debol, who is a user, and seems to know alot about it,but doesnt seem to want to contact me nor really care. So thats out of the picture.

So I need a good diet, and lots of hard training

If you are thinking big, you need to eat big. When I was bulking I was eating 5,000+ cal's/day with major improvements every time I stepped foot into the gym.

How many cal's, carbs, fats & protein you're eating daily?
 
honestly I dont know, I just eat as much as I can until im full and I try to eat 5+times a day. Like I said my appittight is strange, one day I can eat and eat and then the next I wont be even hungry.
 
Well I figure I will give primordialperformance lean muscle stack a try, while eating alot more. It claims 10-12lbs gains while eating good. I did a search on primordialperformance, but not to many post about it, but it seems it works.

Any thoughts?
 
When your bulking you might have to force yourself to eat sometimes. Sometimes the 2.5 hour mark roles around for me and I can't believe its time to eat again, but it has to be done lol.

Buy a cheap digi scale and weight your food, always good to know exactly how much protein/carbs your taking in and then you can adjust to see optimal gains.

you got to eat big and train big.
massive calories work well for size gains. use them often
