There was a time when it was something to be admired and revered. Feminine power, on every level, is something that has been suppressed/repressed for thousands of years.

On the flip side, some people are threatened by any manifestation of female power (and there is a difference between not finding a muscular woman sexually attractive versus being threatened by feminine muscle).
