I need workout tips

Ok first off eat like a motherfuckin horse, lots of and lots of protein and in your case your going to want fats and carbs too.Now get yourself a protein powder(I use Optimum) mix about to to three scoops of the protein with creatine and Glutimine, and sip on this threw out your workout.You'll also want a good post workout shake with plent of carbs in it Try after shock from optimum it's pretty good and tastes good too.And after you completed your workout down that shit. Now within two hours of that your going to want to eat a nice big meal containing lots of carbs and protein.this will help you start putting on size man.Taring isnt everything yes it's alot but without the proper supplementation all that work in the gym is useless.
 
wow great info guys, thanx everyone for all the help, i am definetly going to take everyones advice into my daily diet and workout routine. I think im going to go with Mike P.T. with the workout routine it sounds great. I was thinking about going 4 days a week though, can i move shoulders for one more day and follow the rest. Thanx again, i really appreciate the help
