I need to loose Fat ASAP

I am in my mid 30's ... 5'8" at 210lb, got hurt and gained weight; I feel great now...

My target:
1. Lower my weight to 185lb
2. Loose fat

In a simple way ... What diet should I follow ? Any supplements ?

Look into "Intermittent Fasting" there's a thread on here started by Rick. It will be the key to your goal or goals.
 
If you are looking to cut bodyfat, you need to cut calories. Figure out your maintenance and eat a good 500 cals under that per day. Stay away from sugars, breads, pastas, etc as much as possible and add cardio in for further fat burning.

There are lots of diets out there that will do the job. You just have to find the one that will work the best for you and your lifestyle. But no matter what you choose it still comes down to calories in vs calories out ;)


If intermittent fasting is something you might be interested in, I have a lot of knowledge in that area and have a thread with a ton of info as well
 
Set up a goal like a bike race or 5k run. It always helps me to set up something to work to. A friend asked me a couple weeks ago if I wanted to go to the lake for Labor Day with his girl and her friends. I'm busting my ass to look good for this.
