Ya, I really dont got a whole lot to say as far as eating except this. I noticed your breakfast, and post workout had no fat. I try to eat a little fat with every mini meal. But, you dont have to I guess. If you eat your fat within 30 min of your carbs/protein you should be alright. Fat is important for your joints and on very low fat diets your prone to joint /knee problems.
16 oz Milk before you sleep, and another glass in the middle of the night if you know you arent eating enough for quality gains and muscles that are never deplete of protein. If you need to add lots of calories, eat too many filling foods, milk is the way to do it.
as far as the shakes, dont fill it up with corn sugar! I did for a while, thats when you overdo it. Go with bananas and other good tasting sugars. Lots of people say you dont need that 200 grams of carb shake because it isnt as filling. I believe the portein is more important before you go to sleep. I'd rather have a decent after workout thing, and milk before I go to sleep. I like going to bed not hungry!
