Appetite is not big enough what you guys suggest to help it?

Running a 1st cycle of:
Dbol-25mg ed for 6 weeks
Test E 400mg/w split in 2 for 9-10 weeks starting this week
N2guard recommended doses

1st meal- a lot of oatmeal whit 6 eggs white and 1 apple
2-(Post workout) 2 can of light tuna with my usual shake of 1 scoopof iso-100 prots with a banana
3-vegetables(brocoli-carrotes-peppers) with a good portion of meat(chiken or beef)
4-an orange or apple with a 1 scoop of iso-100 prot
5(there is the problem) vegetable with meat or fish, either salmon or walleye(no appetite)
6-(no appetite)

this is what i got yesterday, never the same kind of meat but always the kind of meal i get, dont want to overcharge the calories too...
25 years
5,8
205 lbs
20-25% bf
been weight lifting for 2 years straight,, but spend a lot of time at the gym before 20 too...

I have already noticed some side effect of D-bol but also good results in strenght and endurance+4 pounds of weight(must be water) not fat because im losing fat like crazy in the past months and doing crazy boxe cardio training.
Working on pct , will probably get some Unleashed, bridge, post cycle with nolva, had a beginning of gyno but look likes it calmed down and nipple are doing good this week, got some aromasin and nolva just in case.
Forgive me for the bad english... its my second language...

Ive been thinking of dropping the cycle... but ... I wont

lost 40 pounds.... and that 1 is new never used protein shakes before, got the prots a month ago, im not the kind to say stuff that is not true sir. But there is no way to prove it so.. I just want some advise to eat more during dinner since i never finish my meal...

Eat it anyway. I think of alot of the food I eat for bulking like its medicine or something. Just get it down your throat with a big glass of water. You'll get used to it.

^^^ I never said you were lying lol.. i just said you haven't been on that specific diet because it would be hard to be that much body fat. you are down 40 pounds which is awesome, but what i'm saying is keep going with what you are doing. drop your body fat under 15% this way once you run a cycle you can not worry about putting on some bulk.

i know exactly what you are trying to do.. i am about your same height and I got up to 17% body fat a couple years ago after bulking for a year straight.. i was 7% body fat prior. it really doesn't look good and I immediately cut down to 13% even if it meant losing some strength and bulk in the process. then I continued cycling. this is the best strategy for you from here.

once you get down under 15% we can start tweaking your diet and go more in a bulking mode.

Over-fed yet under nourished is no way to live your life!

By how you laid out your diet, I will assume you workout in the morning. Good. Eat a bigger breakfast and bigger post workout meal. Those are the 2 important meals of your day. Push the majority of your carbs into those meals, then you can cut them out as the days go. You just want to make sure you are able to consume good amounts of solid proteins later on through out the day and night. If you have no appetite by the time your final meals come around, force yourself to have a protein shake, or some cottage cheese.

Awesome, I like how people are on this forum.... Not like other place where people dont give a damn... This place is awesome all i see is positiveness(is that a word?) in threads and comments, and always good advices from people who care about others health. I think ill be around for a while.;)

Im sorry Steve maybe i was a little bit on the defence there... Good points.

hmm yea cottage cheese... do you any tips to make it a little bit more tasty,, cuz seriously its not the best thing out there... do you think a tablespoon of maple sirup would to the trick? :)

Dude, you gotta get the no-fat vanilla yogurt. I can inhale 32 oz in minutes; anytime, anywhere. I have to stop myself if I don't intend to eat the whole thing. You can find it on sale for 2 bucks. Any brand is fine, they are all good.

if you need more calories..peanut butter...

simple, calorie dense food that wont fill u up

I can litterly eat a jar of it, if left unattended...
