Is taking protein powders suck as 100 % optimum whey essential when trying to cut down on weight and get cut...........or should protein powders be eliminated in this stage of losing body fat?
protein from whole food is better then shakes. but if it is a time issue, you can eat some fat and carbs with it and it will be alright. the powder its self is not bad, it is just it diggests fast so you might feel hungry before your next meal. eating it with fat and carbs or eating something like chicken will make you feel fuller, longer. i still use ON when cutting, but i get 200g from whole food and 100 from shakes.
