Lol there's only two squat racks in my gym, the weights room is always packed but I never have to wait for one but trying to get a bench... Different story altogether... Any beginner's strength routine would work well... 3-5 Sets of 3-5 reps, 3-5mins rest big compound lifts and focus on 5-6 exercises, better to be very good at the few most important exercises than utterly useless at forty worthless isolation movements....
