im 21 years old and started weight lifting when i was 14 by the time i was 16 i was 1 max rep benching 105kg+ i joined the army and lost alot of muscle my body seems to be good for growing fast muscle but i want to know a good training regime for the top half of my body including abs and i want to know whats the best combinations on supplements that have no bad side effects e.g shrinking of the penis but it needs to be something i can buy in the united kingdom.
i know im young but i want to get bigger and stronger all i have is a weights bench a bar 2 dumbells and 110kg of weights...
