I need a protein powder with high carbs in it... BUT...

I still want about 40-50 grams of protein per serving too.

Take your protien powder, and mix it ith whole oats in the blender (measure out amount you need to get the about of carbs you want).

Pro Lab Lean Mass Matrix is my favorite 40g carbs 40g protien. Go for oatmeal cinnamon, its the best..

Ive just bought USN (ulitimate sports nutrition) Muscle Fuel Mass. Its got 45 gs of protein and 100g of carbs! Comes in at 650 cals per shake. Its pretty damn good and comes in Rich chocolate flavour which i wasnt too sure about, but it tastes awesome. Actually like a real choclate milkshake!

Its Uk based though i think, you may be able to get it in the states though im not sure.

If you can , get it its a winner.
