I need a lifting routine for football to get as big, strong, fast, and muscular as possible....I play Offensive Guard and Defensive End at a very small school....I am 6'1 215lbs...I want to go out and be so muscular its intimidating to them...I have the diet down...i will also be using 100mg Fina ED and 100mg Prop ED for 7 weeks...what is the best 3 day split i can do to get as much muscle and strength as possible before the season starts....the routine has always been my problem in lifting...i never had a good one so ive always slacked off...
