We all know DNP can be dangerous but I've yet to see anyone have any serious complications when they've taken reasonable precautions and reasonable doses. If you've got info that I don't, please post it because I'm going to be doing my first cycle soon. I realize there are dangers but just like steroids, it seems you can mitigate them if you do them properly.

You obviously need to learn more about DNP.

Why don't you do a search on the name FARBEYONDDRIVEN

keep the liver glycogenated

so you dont get the "glucagon" backlash

I don't know farbeyond driven's story, or what dosages he was using, so I can't comment. I can comment on my personal experience w/ powder. I've found 200-600 to be very mild and effective when taken w/ plenty of fluids. I don't plan on ever going above that. I've heard of two people getting fucked up on DNP...farbeyonddriven and that kid on here that died. I don't really know either of their stories that well. But I have heard many more stories than that of idiots who took alot and had "close calls". This leads me to believe that DNP can be relatively safe when you are VERY CAUTIOUS with it....unfortunately...lets face it...most people in the drug using BB community are not that cautious w/ stuff like this.

i lost great weight with dnp./... i look liked i got hiv.... from 205 to 187 in 12 days,.,,,, on day 14 my temperature went so high i thought i was a dead man (2 days after i came off)..... i did everything properly and never went over 500mg a day....

it is not worth it.... i looked so sickly ... it took me 6 months for my body to recover from a 12 day cycle.... and then my weight rebounded. so did my fat....
