Ive lived in texas my whole life and always wanted a sports rivalry that was the equivalent of yanks/sox. It seems like its fuckin insane in NYC and Boston when those two teams play. The closest thing we have is Univ. Texas vs. Texas A&M. LOL.

What about the UT/Oklahoma games? Isn't there a red river war or something like that?

And yes, the rivalry here is off the charts. Only difference is, Boston fans obsess about it where NY fans turn a shoulder and laugh. Makes for great fodder though.
