Short story first:
About 20 minutes before I entered the gym today, I found out that a very close friend has just died, totally took the life outta me!!! But I decided to still go and give it my best, here's what I did:
Rebound Flat Bench (drop the weight and catch it)
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 10
225 x 10
225 x 8
Had a trainer spotting me again and he was quit impressed to say the least, but not as much as I was!!! My explosiveness has now gone through the roof!!! PH77, don't give me no fucking shit, I was in total control the whole time and never missed a beat!!! This exercise is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, but damn it's working good for me!!!
Someone was definately looking over me today, RIP Brit!!!
