The meeting went well, I took some photos and have good idea as to the plan will be for the house. I was debating on not taking the job until he told me he'd be in London and Madrid in August and September, handed me a retainer I hadn't asked for and gave me contact instructions.

All decisions will be made via email with info, photos and estimates which leaves me speechless and relieved at the same time. LOL - I won't see him again until the project is already well underway and it will just be waiting game for furnishings.
