THANK YOU VLC. This is the absolute truth. There are truly thousands of different ways to prepare for a contest (and come in looking good), but the most important thing IMHO is handing over the reigns to someone who can plot the course for you (preferably someone who has a good track record with famele BB contest prep). Chopping and changing things based on web-surfing is the WORST sabotage you can inflict on yourself. Stop thinking so hard, you don't have enough spare blood glucose and you're not in established ketosis, so DON'T STRAIN your BRAIN. Pick someone and run with them.
