Well im back after almost 2 months. i fell off the wagon when my brother came back from navy school for 2 weeks and thats when i started to eat like crap. but now im ready to get back on i was 210 when i fell off and now im 222 i think there was alot of water weight put on. ill be here daily from this day on. im looking to start a new workout plan. what i did before was try to work everything a little each day and as much as i could.
i have good news though i have a workout buddie and even better its my girlfriend shes not as into it as me but im gonna have her sign up for these forums shes getting alot of bad tips from one of her friends. she also isnt gonna be dieting when she trys to lose weight i kinda am hoping you guys could drill it in to her that, thats the easyest way to do it. well im off to class
