hello, I'm very new to this place but I wonder... what does one do for protein when all you eat is carbs? I don't like meat/eggs/fish at all. I cannot seem to even begin to try them. anyone have any suggestions?

I do not like fish, but i sometiems eat chicked nuggets but I dont know if that counts. sorry i am kinda behind on my nutrition knowledge. I just am trying to break this carb love of mine. all i eat is carbs whether it be cereal, sandwhices, pizza, corn, candy...I eat them all. are there any protein shakes? if so, could you suggest a kind?

I do toning excercises, but for now no weight teaining. it seems when i workout my muscles bulk up. I walk 3 miles now and do toning excercise. I just want to eat better but i really don't like any healthy foods.![]()
