I have this freind who I dated briefly. Her personality impressed me so I asked her out. Not a great lookin girl, but not totally busted. We are good friends but we also have an "agreement", if you know what I mean. She is AWESOME in bed. I dig her, but I've always considered looks a must. Very confused right now. Looks are not everything. Casue when you get old and gray and you are losing your hair. The thing you will have is the mental connection. I like looking at hot ladies but most of them are mental, or they are not the settling down type.

When you are ready to look for a wife, hopefuly you can find both. Mental and looks.

Looks do not support you in hard times when you are out of a job and the money is running out.

Looks don't get up at night with your kids.

Looks won't be there with you in the hospital when you are having a major health scare.

Looks don't love you anyway even if you've gained a few (fat) pounds.

Looks don't forgive you if you cheat.

Looks have no intellect or sense of humor. Those things are found behind the eyes, not in them.

It's what's in the heart that matters.

However, if you really can't get over how she looks, and you have to have someone who looks like what you want, go and do that. Don't be with the girl and then hurt her later because you've changed your mind based on looks.
