I love when the kids go back to school, the days & nights are cooler, it's time to pick UR own apples for canning, FOOTBALL IS BACK ON!!, the air changes, it's sweater time, it's time to plan my skiing vacation, break out the fall decorations at home.....

Fall decorations? Heck, the only decorations I do here is pull the storm windows down into place.

I do wish it were fall weather year round by us.

It will still be summer for us. Not even the leaves will let us know it's fall.

I hope it snow in the midwest early this fall and winter. I'm hoping for snow in about 8 weeks.

Oh, I see what you meant.

I'm a guy...the closest I'll ever get to doing something like that is cleaning up the pumpkin pie I drop during Thanksgiving dinner.

A spray bottle will be your best friend. Fill it with water and spray them when they climb up there or mess with the flowers. After a week of consistency they will stay away.

Fall is probably my favorite time of year. I'm not crazy about summer(hot, muggy, bugs, etc.). The fall solves all of these dilemmas. I like winter too, except for scraping my windshield in the morning.
