it's stupid, i know, but it's the law's way of saying that you are serving 4 sentences. but it's kinda like the guy that gets sentenced to 6 consecutive life terms. what are they gonna do, bring him back to life and say, "you can't die yet! you've got 5 more terms to serve!"
