Well the article said he was 15 at the time and the psychiatrist said it was an act of immaturity rather than predatory. Was it mulitple times with each victim? Good point though. Tough call. I wouldn't want to be the judge in that case.

15 months is plenty of time for the fellas to show him the proper way to molest someone. I know a lady who is a prison counselor.She told me she had to counsel a 20 year old guy who got gang-poked by 10+ guys, and when they finished, they inserted a plastic soda bottle and stomped it in.
What do you think was worse; recovering from the surgery,having to describe the event and his feelings about it to a stranger(counseling was mandatory in this prison after something like this), seeing the guys walking around the place knowing they got away with it and could do it again if they wanted, or the fact that afterwards he tested positive for "the hiv"?
These guys did this to him just because they could, but child molesters get "special attention".

I feel the same. Maybe shock him repeatedly or something. Although the acts were dispicable and may damage the girl's psyches, he didn't physically harm anyone.
