I am new and got some questions.

I have been doing some research on some items for about a year anf a half now.
So, my question is this will be my first cycle and to be safe what would you suggest? I am looking to get alot stonger and add some mass{example I have 15in arms pumped I would like 18's}Now I know it will not happen on my first cycle but that would be my stopping point{yeah right I'll want to get bigger when I hit that.}
My diet is fair about 3500cals with 312 protien low carbs and fat.and I am 36yo 215lbs about 18%BF now I am on a bulk diet right now but with nothing but supps and Diet. I work out about 4days a week and my main training is powerlifting.
I was thanking of TestE with of course nolv and colm and hcg with some added supps from Anabolic Extreem. Should I add more or should I change my mind and go with some thing else? Thanks for all the help in advance I trust you guys and look for your advice .

youve answerd your own question bro, test-e 500mgs a week for 10-12 weeks, you could kick start your cycle with D-bol or T-bol, weeks 1-4, T-bol at 50 or 60 mgs aday, D-bol (ive not run this my self but ive heard 20-40 mgs aday) start PCT 14 days after last test e shot, you could use nolva at 10 mgs aday during the cycle if you want to be on the safe side. hope this helps mate. :p
 
test only cycle is a perfect first cycle
 
I hear ya bro. Same age here. test e @250-500/wk. would do you well for 10-12 wks. as mentioned above. I wouldn't put anything else w/ it other than a solid diet. Check out the diet and bodybuilding forum. There's alot of good info. there as well as knowledgeable people. Get the diet nailed bro and you'll do well w/ that cycle.
 
Have you called Jenny yet?

Plan on your arms getting smaller before they get bigger. With your BF% that high your 15 inch guns will be around 13.5 when you're under 10% bf. Aiming for 18's is a bit of a stretch at this point-kinda like landing a job at a gas station as a cashier and planning to be president of Texaco oil someday. Many people will never have the genetic ability to have 18 inch arms in the same way most gas station cashiers won't ever be able to work their way up the corporate ladder to become president of the company.

Ok enough with the tough love. Straight test will be enough for your 1st cycle. Now go get on the treadmill and don't get off until June. I suggest dumping 10-15 lbs before starting the test.
 
Did you make a post under the counterfit forum yesterday under a different user name? Your post sounds like it's asking the same questions..

I think you did... Sounds to me like you took the advise that was offered and posted another post using those sound words of advise...lol

adding 3 full inches to your arms is tough business.
 
i know alot of bros like test only as a first cycle. but i gotta stick by my guns and say ive seen totally raw guys do better in the long run when they run deca only on thier first cycle. Low dose..200 mg every 8 days for 64 days with no PCT...just my 02. .... :coffee:

NOT SO bro....if you go over on the chat forum there is a thread and EVERYONE on there has over 18" arms bro....everyone.....some over 20!

I didn't see anywhere where he said that he was trying to get under 10% bf. He's a powerlifter, they aren't exactly overy concerned with their bodyfat. To get to 18" biceps he would need to add about 60lbs to his frame. I know tons of guys who have put on over 60lbs after a few cycles.

Maybe they're not lying? The fat lady at the circus has 24 + inch arms too, but that doesn't mean I want mine to look that way.

Apex-I didn't see anywhere that say's he didn't want under 10% bf either. He said his training style was Powerlifting but made no mention of doing it competitively. For some reason I'm just assuming he's working out for cosmetic purposes since he seems to be more worried about increasing arm size as opposed to increasing his bp, dl, and squat. So suck on that bi-atch. :p lol
 
Again thanks but for the deca only cycle with no pct no thanks .I know deca makes you look good but my view is not by itsself and no pct.the 18 % BF is a estimated guess.As for the diets forum i'll hit it thanks and no UI have never posted before .I try to read everything on here but thats hard to do.
 
Test Enethate or Cypionate as a base is good for a first cylce. Can do 500mg/week of enethate or 400mg/week of the cypionate. I had a buddy that I had do the 500mg/week of enethate for his first cycle, and he gainded 20 lbs solid in 10 weeks. Use an anti-e to keep the water off, cause I know for me if I do not my face gets all fat looking. GL bud

I always thought that chicks dig bloaty d-bol pufferfish faces? Just look at Drew Carrey-that guy gets a ton of ass. lol
