PED thought experiment πŸ’­πŸ’­πŸ’­πŸ’­

I was thinking about this earlier. What if I could go back and restart my journey but with all the knowledge I have in relation to training, diet and PED'S, what would I do differently?

For starters stock the fuck up on dht derivatives πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚ I think everyone would agree with that.

But if I could go back to the 1st of March 2024 when I started my journey. I would do everything differently with the knowledge I have now.

For starters I would cut and get dick skin peeled from the get go. Set myself up for a long productive growth phase where I would start with the 3 bio-identical hormones we use. Test, HGH and insulin. I would focus on my diet and not do a dirty bulk like I did, the first ture anabolic I would use would be mast E.

Between those 4 (test mast hgh and insulin) I would milk the shit out of it for as long as I could before increasing dosages. Once Reta became a thing I would introduce it right away as well.

Some of you may disagree with my choices but let's get a discussion going.

If you could go back and do it all over, what would you do differently? or why do you disagree with me
 
I wouldn't change anything personally, im healthy bro, and i enjoy the journey.
Blast and cruise under professional guidance is key here.

I would focus on my career early on so I can have solid finance and have kids much earlier. Start training in my teens, dialled nutrition with lean bulk, milk the shit out of my natty ceiling up to age 30 then start the aas train for the rest of my life.

Oh, and nuke the fking sebum production much earlier 🀣
 
The thing I would do differently if I was to go back in time is that I wouldn't depend so much on the PEDS but more focus placed to get as lean as possible through cardio and a clean diet.

With the use of a fat loss compound to assist like HGH as Reta was not around back then. Would also add a low trt dose of Test E . Once I got to single digits in body fat, I would then begin to add more compounds, progressively increasing dosages for muscle size.

I always say fat loss tools are aids, I try to recomend people not suffer but even if there on cycle treat it as a natural would
