You will progress if you keep training hard. What does your program look like? What are your goals? Also at a bodyweight of 190 100 grams of protein is not near enough to support your training. Try protein powder or like stangman99 said tuna its cheap and has a lot of protein in it.
Note: to all of the people out there that do need help please provide goals, training program, and diet information so other members of elite have more to go on. I haven't been on these boards that long but I have seen quite a few questions people have but do not provide enough info for others to analyze their program.
