There is a lot of "science" when it come to training at the moment
there is HST, Doggcrap, Animal Mass method... ya da yad
Im going to start my first cycle soon, is one better than the other
or does it just simply depend on the individual...

I like Dc, but, thats not your question. I think any program that is different from what you've been doing will yeild results. Just be consistent.

I'm an HST-er. It works well. Many others are DC-ers. That works well too. A few have started AnimalMass's DF training recently, so we should have results soon. I predict it'll work.

Right now when people ask me which routine to do, I say "Do you like training to failure?" If they say "yes," I tell them to do DC. If they say "no," I tell them to do HST.

All programs are effective because of the high frequency, low volume, and progressive load. Any program based around those will be very successful.

Thats an awesome pic of Mike Katz. He looks incredible there.

Oh wait, before I pirate another thread with Louden, yes many of these programs will work. You just got to find what works best for you. Once you find a program that you feel comfortable with, make sure to pick lot's of compound exercises. It also helps if you 'believe' in the program. If you don't think it will work for you, you will find yourself not working as hard as you should, or just thinking negative. Also remember, nutrition is the key to any training program. With that in mind, happy lifting, and I hope you meet all your goals.
