Hey guys, I have mostly been doing cardio in the past, and I am a beginner at weightlifting, and I have decided to try the Starting Strength program;
however, I am not sure how I should approach that program in the best way, since I feel like it is mainly used by men, and I am not quite sure how to adapt to it.
I have a petite build, and I weigh about 100 lbs, so it does feel a bit intimidating partly for that reason, considering the weight ranges that are mentioned in that program, and I definitely think that I should take my time quite a bit more with that.
