How to mentally focused in gym

I got so used to working out at home during the pandemic that going to the gym has been a hard transition for me. There are all these chicks in tight yoga pants working out and there are dudes always walking around trying to converse with me and working with me. also having to wait to use certain machines especially around peak hours while I'm at home I can use what I want when I want

it seems my focus is off how do I adjust from a home-based workout program to a gym workout and how did you make the change
 
you need to try and go during the slow times of the day. usually the 5-7pm window is most packed

you also need to find a gym that has a good ratio of members (that show up) vs. size.

findting the right gym takes patience. i'm lalways amazined how people spend more time and effort finding their next car but don't shop for a gym. you need to do your homework, check reviews, talk to the manager, get a tour of the place, go there at the right itme etc
 
i like to breathe and start slow
but really the best way is to get cardazol 3 caps and you can concentrate and train hard
 
Make a plan ahead of each training, so you know exactly what you are going to do. Once in the gym, run you plan in the shortest possible time
 
If you are able to, train early in the morning. Like 5-6am and all you will find are the older crowd who will likely not be using the equipment you are looking for. If not, you can always continue to build up your home gym.
