ok bros. Im on my 2nd week of PCT after my 8week test-e 500mg and dbol 20mg 1-4 cycle. Last time i checked i was 16-17% BF. already lost a bit of water weight naturally. Strength only the slightest bit down. I made reasonable gains on my cycle but probably should of waited until my BF was too if im honest. Im still doing heavy weights 4 times a week. And started doing fasted cardio at 6:30-7:00am before work. Just doing cycling coz running kills me! Im starting my next bulking cycle in january. Realistically..... what could i loose before then and what would i have to do to do it. I wanna try and retain most of what ive gained, but i am willing to accept a bit of loss obviously! but what you guys rekon? and how much cardio shud i be doing? I eat clean Not eating anywere near as much as on cycle. Just a clean 3 meals a day and a shake after weights. Any ideas! thanks for your input!
