My experience with PES Erase is that it is strong as others have mentioned, and should be started and eased up to the dose you find adequate. It really dishes out some impressive estrogen control in my opinion, and I would be careful to find the perfect dose for each individual so that dry joints and other sides are less likely to occur from overshooting it at first.
I used erase when I tested it for PES/Orbit, I had higher than normal estrogen levels from my experience with finasteride years before, and yes, it did wonders for my estrogen. I felt slight joint pain early on and I had tiny bumps under my nipples that disappeared just after finishing the bottle.

ok sweet, because i have some stubborn fat around the bottom of my pecs that just wont go, so im not sure if its slight gyno or higher estrogen. Im dropping fat everywhere else and looking leaner im about 9% bf now but cant get that difinitive line at the bottom of my pecs!!! no lumps though so im not sure what it is thats holding the fat loss back in that area.

I think the chest can be one of the first to gain and last to lose in terms of having fat there. Perhaps you may be interested in PES's other product Alpha T-2. It's targeted fat loss for your chest, neck, and abdominal area (as well as other areas). I'm just finishing up my bottle and my pecs have never been this predominant before. Dips, cables, cardio, and T-2 have really given me the cuts under my pecs I had been longing for.
