Do you have any scientific evidence to back that up. I always hear people put limitations on exactly how much your body can absorb. It completely depends on your weight, bodyfat, training, or if you ON or not. 25 grams might be what you've found is your max, but everyone is different. I mean someone like jay cutler eats probably atleast 500 grams a day. Now 25 grams a meal would mean 20 meals a day. Its probably more like 10 meals. So judging by the 6 to 7 meal a day strategy many of us wouldn't be able to get in our protein needs. Im not flaming you man just shedding some light on the subject.
