I Really Want To Know Exactly How Much Protein Im Consuming , Im On Bulking And 180 Pound Now. I Eat 5 Egg Whites And 1 Whole Egg , And 2 Other Meals 150 Gr Of Chicken Pwo Shake 35 Gr Of Whey And Last Meal 150 Gram Of Fish Or Chicken
 
if i was reading correctly through that really bad grammar ( almost as bad as my grammar )

you are having 4 meals a day included a shake

eh i suggest you break up those 150 gram chicken meals into 4 meals and make it 6 meals a day evenly spaced out

also my bad math calculations are saying that you get around 155 grams of protein a day which is short of the minimum 180 grams u need:

300 grams of lean meat is like 90 grams of protein
35 of whey
and 6 eggs is like 30 grams i think ( i dun eat eggs - or egg whites i should say )

Do you have any scientific evidence to back that up. I always hear people put limitations on exactly how much your body can absorb. It completely depends on your weight, bodyfat, training, or if you ON or not. 25 grams might be what you've found is your max, but everyone is different. I mean someone like jay cutler eats probably atleast 500 grams a day. Now 25 grams a meal would mean 20 meals a day. Its probably more like 10 meals. So judging by the 6 to 7 meal a day strategy many of us wouldn't be able to get in our protein needs. Im not flaming you man just shedding some light on the subject.

so ur saying that if i eat 300grams of protein a day, i have to divide my meals to 12 meal to get 25G of protein a meal?????? :worried:

Im not saying to divide meals, im saying don't scoff your food down at a rapid rate.. :worried:
