once a week directly, after bis, other exercises hit them anyway, so i think once is enough, some people dont train them at all

i am v.happy with there development seeing as they used to be so skinny

now they look great

Just started doing them twice to three times a week, seeing some results....my forearms used to be very skinny.

3x per week currently and already seeing positive results. Some people don't see the need in training them but I think the stronger your forearms and grip, the more beneficial it is towards doing exercises like chins and deadlifts where grip is a factor. Also, a pair of well developed forearms(read:massive) really gives that physically powerful look.Same for traps.People say that pecs and bis are the real beach muscles.Bullshit, it's traps and forearms.
