How NOT to Bench Press video clip

as long as he move the weight.....its a good lift. how does that saying go...
never let form get in the way of a heavy lift

endpoint: you say that until you go to deadlift directly after the bench and realize HOLY SHIT WHERE DID MY DEADLIFT GO.

I know of a few people that bench that way and i can tell you that it does not stop their COMP bench what so ever. If you compete and you know your shirt than; the bottom of the bench is somwhat eirelavant (somewhat). "Why do ouy think that Westside provides so much lockout work? I respect anybody that can lift more RAW than me( and almost everyone can) but when it comes down to comp time its all about the (shirt )GAME. That lift is good in my book anyday. We're talking abouat reps here. that is a great effort as far as i'm concerned.
Sorry to sound so outright but i'm tied of people bashing others lifting for mear form or style.

Hey GRIMMER,

I value your statement and OF COURSE..you know this post was a big joke. But you have to admit, that bounching that type of weigth off of your chest is very dangerous, if you crack your xyphoid, i.e. chestplate, It will not be "all about he Shirt Game" btu rather it will be all about the Emergency room game. Point being what that gentleman is doing in the clip is increasing his probability of getting hurt. And I totally take my hat off to him for close grip some nice weigth for reps. So I do agree with you 100%, but I want you to understand I was not bashing, thats not my MO here on the board.
