Wal mart?.......then don't take it at all!

I've never actually bought supps there, just an example of where I thought they would probably be cheap. The uptake isn't as good for synthetic (which is why there is more oil in a synthetic 400 IU than a natural one), the natural is better overall, but for a young guy not taking it for heart disease/LDL/diabetes etc. reasons, it may not make much difference, I really don't have an opinion for him, I favor the natural, but I'm 37 and my lipid profile looked like I was coming off a cycle a year ago, even though I haven't done one yet

. The natural does cost 50% more, but we're still talking 45-50ish vs 30-35ish dollars for 1000 400 IU caps (about a 1 year supply). If you go the bulk route...
FYI:
Tocopherol-
d is the natural version; Tocopherol-
dl is the synthetic version (also if it is tocopher
yl or all-rac-alpha tocopherol). If it has an Alpha, before the rest, it means the Beta, Gamma and Delta version of the oil is not present, best to get the blend if you're going to get thel-d, but harder to find without Q10 or something else in there that makes it pretty expensive.
