Somewhere around A LOT. Although after my PW drink I don't drink anything for like 2 hours cuz I'm so bloated and full from all the water I drink during and after my workout. My advice, when you're out and about make sure you always have a bottle of water on hand. It's things like water intake, using a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral and EFA's that are easy to things to consume everyday to help keep diet and nutrition on point.
