For me at this point and at my age 5lbs in 8 weeks is a realistic goal. If I *could* put on more I definitely would. My very first cycle which was just 12 weeks of test only at 500mg/week I put on 10lbs of muscle. In the next year on a high TRTish dose of test I put on a few more lbs but more importantly really got my training in order.
I am turning 47 and have been lifting solid for 6 years. Started @ 160 15% and currently at 200 14% will be at 12-13% before my next blast. Would not have considered steroids as this is just my hobby but got tested at docs and had very low T which would explain my stalling in the weightroom. But since I'm on I can't see what harm the occasional 8 week blast would do - and helps keep me motivated to keep my diet in check.
I have the following at my disposal:
Lots of test cyp
Lots of aromasin
npp
tren ace
test prop
anadrol
anavar
dbol
I have 8 weeks worth of gw saved for when I decide to run the tren - I want to do this once at least see what all the fuss is about
I have 8 weeks worth of caber @ .25mg/week for either when I run the npp or tren
