How much test with npp?

For my second blast coming up soon here I was thinking of running npp. My question is how much test do you really need? I take 200mg of test cyp weekly and have for a little over a year for self prescribed TRT. Is that enough?

I was hoping to go for 8 weeks with the short ester. I am thinking of just keeping the 200mg/week of test and then run 400mg of npp for 8 weeks, possibly with dbol for the first 4 weeks.

200mg is quite more than TRT (100-125WK) so it could suffice.
 
You could try running your TRT dose and see how that does with the NPP. I don't anticipate a problem, but if you have libido issues you may want to increase it some. Personally I prefer to run my test higher than NPP, but everyone has varied opinions on this

your fine with that test dose... bro, i never exceed 250 mg personally... of course, that's just me and it depends on your goals but i am always in favor of moderate test while letting the other compounds shine... test is going to be huge in terms of benefits even at a lower dose and it will provide exactly what is necessary to enhance everything else you are using to the highest extent... don't let anyone else tell you otherwise... i get so tired of people saying that you have to run test at 500 mg to see anything... that is such absurdity... trust me, the higher you go, the more side effects you will encounter.. you are just fine as is...

in terms of what else you run along with it, that would depend on your goals... what are your goals from the blast?
 
I only use my trt dose of 150mg test cyp per week on any blast. I prefer to keep it this way. I would personally run 150mg EOD of the NPP for blast.

I am just looking to build some keepable muscle and possibly keepable strength gains, so I can continue to make progress during my cruise. I am not worried about water weight as its temporary and have cut enough that I don't have to worry that much about adding some bodyfat but want to keep that to a dull roar.

If in the end, I can add 5lbs of lean muscle and increase my main lifts in 8 weeks I will be very happy.

Thanks for everyone who has given advice. I think if I go this route I will try with my existing test dose and just add the npp and probably dbol.

i can tell you know your body and how it works and that's excellent as most struggle with that concept, even after years of training... what i am not understanding here is why you would pick npp and dbol, putting undo stress on your body in terms of extreme gain, estrogen and prolactin increase, high toxicity etc. when all your after is 5 lbs. of lean muscle and strength increases... why not run something much cleaner, more sustainable and with far less strain on your body bro? if you were after 15-20 lbs or something along those lines, this would make more sense, although i would still recommend a better alternative to stack with npp, regardless, there are so many better options... i just hate to see you put strain on yourself that is completely unnecessary bro... if you want other options, don't hesitate to let me know and i'll set you up something much cleaner...

I also have an 8 week npp cycle coming up. Although I want to recomp and will add whinny instead of dbol. What else would you run if not the npp? Keep in mind it must be a short ester.
