How much protein powder you use a day?

I was just curious how much protein powder you guys use in a day.Personaly I usually use Optimum whey and I'll have about 2 scoops 3-4 times a day.

170lbs, pretty lean, I consume at least 200 grams per day, about 40-50 % coming from whey and a combo of whey, and casein in shake form. The rest comes from egg whites, natural pb, turkey meat, and chicken.

at 215 lbs I consume 4 x 50 grams of protein powder: milk/whey/egg, the rest from meat/fish/eggs.

Anybody knows the toxicity of aspartame at such doses? The packages never say how much aspartame is contained.

w/o day:
1 1/2 amino fuel= about 20 grams
1 1/2 surge= about 38 grams
1 Mass Fuel= 50 grams
about 4 or 5 scoops whey protein= 80-100 grams.

Non w/o day drop the mass fuel and surge and amino fuel and add in two Metrx APM's at 60 each=120 grams (about the same as the above mentioned that are dropped)

Well someone is abusing supplemetary protein around here, huh?
