i don't know about kidney dangers but i would say if you ate 30 grams of protien every 2 hours that would 8 meals per day (depending on how much you sleep) which would only be 240 grams of protein... i think 450 is too much. there is probabily a good amount of that being converted to glucose
I don't think it's possible to judge a protein intake limit, but if you take certain steps to prevent problems you should be fine:
Daily intake:
Cranberry extract
Ala (Glucorell-R)
Glutamine Peptides
Vit C
2 gallons of water
i'm too lazy.... but i specifically remember reading that after 40 grams of protien only blood glucose levels rose... there was no more amino acids per deciliter at 100g of protien than there was for 40g. and nitrogen balance was the same
i can tell you that the digestive system is one factor limiting how much protien per sitting we can take in.
and everything i read was assuming a person was not taking any drugs to change or improve the person's ability to use protien
