how much muscle in 14 months...

I remember saying the same thing about a year ago bro and after I started using it on this bulking cycle a few weeks ago.I have decided I will always keep it in my arsenal as one of the best tools.It is not bad at all bro try humalog it only stays in your system for 2 hours then your free from worries.I have not gone hypo once and I have gone as low as using 7g carbs per iu of slin with no problems.It will pack the weight on like nothing I have seen and I am staying fairly lean with great gains.Only using it at 12ius pwo and thats it.The longer acting slin that last 4 hours just seems like too much of a pain in the ass to keep up with for that long but Id sugest you do some good research on Humalog bro and you might decide to give it a go.its definetly worth it and not bad at all. :coffee:

29 years old

if you never used HGH before you can gain more then 15 pounds
 
Its simple shit bro...do a sub Q injection in Stomach or quads...wherere you have some fat......Drink 6-12 G of glocose containing product ( IE sugar , Dextrose is best)....take your protein drink and your done.. 1.2.3.

Im not using slin again though....i think in may have caused some sides for me although i can not pinpoint that it was the culprit.

you mean take this insulin immediately post workout?
sorry i'm clueless on insulin..

not gonna go a year straight thats for sure.
but after this primo cycle is over, gonna take a few months off and then come back with a very intense 12 week bulker.. anotehr 3 months off and then another massive bulker..

then cut down.

at least thats the plan now.

Why not just combine bulkers and cutters together? Like:

week 1-4 bulk
week 5 cut
week 6-8 bulk
week 9-10 cut
week 11-12 bulk
week 13-14 cut

so 4/1, 3/2 then 2/2 bulk/cut ratio

Its simple as shit bro the basics of it is that it will drive all the carbs you take in into your muscles and fill up your glucose storages so you grow like never before.Humalog is easy what I do is I take my slin pin to the gym in my belt pouch were I have my ipod and wallet then after I am done working out I go in the stall and shoot 12ius of slin into my belly just like you do the gh.Imediately I go out to the car were I have a premixed sports bottle with the PWO mix cntaining 71g carbs and 51g prot.,to this I add 30g of citrus flavored gatorade powder for a total of 100g carbs and 51 prot,I down this imediately after the shot pwo then one hour later I down another gatorade and water mix this one containing 100g of carbs only then your done with the slin keep a can of soda with you if you start feeling lightheaded or weird just drink some and you will feel better right away going hypo is not something that hits with out warning you will have many alarms going off before u ever have to worry.
 
and for a beginner, would you recommend 12iu off the bat??
i hear 4iu is the way to go for starters.

also, is it best to bridge with high cals, hgh, and creatine or best to use with gear??
