That sounds like you are getting ready for a REALLY BORING social life in the next 14 months though
I think setting a low goal like 15 LEAN lbs. will make you UNDERACHIEVE what you can do though...(if you REALLY want it )
I would gun for more like 25-30 lbs... (its 14 MONTHS afterall, not 14 weeks )
