how much muscle in 14 months...

That sounds like you are getting ready for a REALLY BORING social life in the next 14 months though :(

I think setting a low goal like 15 LEAN lbs. will make you UNDERACHIEVE what you can do though...(if you REALLY want it ;))
I would gun for more like 25-30 lbs...:) (its 14 MONTHS afterall, not 14 weeks :))
 
I agree with Terminator. I bet if you are 100% dedicated for 14 months, 15lbs will be easy, you could get 25-30 like Term said.

IM AIMING FOR 20.
BUT 15 WILL SUFFICE.
 
All you guys seem to be vastly understating the amount of weight gain possible. At least IMO. If ALL the gear you could want and all the GH is available.... hell you could put on 50lbs of muscle. 14 months, not 14 weeks. That would require pro-level doses but I think it's possible. Satch is doing things like 1g of primo as a cycle. If he hit 3g's of test, 8-10iu's of growth, and some slin... that would put 30lbs on him in 6 months. Ronnie put 30lbs on his physique in under a year, and he's far far more developed than satch, or anyone on this board. I think a reasonable goal to shoot for is more like 25lbs or so like Term suggested though, mainly b/c I don't think Satch is willing to risk the side effects of the doses necessary to gain 50lbs. But I do think it's possible. Go from 215 to 265... in 14 months... if you're willing to risk it, it could be done.
 
As i stated last night with you there is no doubt in my mind that you could put on 20lbs. Push your protein hard sleep hard and train hard and your in.
 
If you cycle it right and use the slin/gh combo you could on at least 25 in 14 months imo.Definetly use slin/gh in there if you want big gains though.
 
slin scares me a bit.. so i doubt ill explore that avenue.
but hgh at 8i.u a day is certainly within reach.
so is 2g per week.
 
Hell yeah, 15 lbs is do-able and then some, especially if you've got a arsenal of gear to work with. Are you talking about going on for a year straight?

nay bro.
not gonna go a year straight thats for sure.
but after this primo cycle is over, gonna take a few months off and then come back with a very intense 12 week bulker.. anotehr 3 months off and then another massive bulker..

then cut down.

at least thats the plan now.
