if you can live the dedicated life for 14 months with what you have available, you could probably reach 20lb +/-. Are you planning to run continuos with blood work etc., or time on = time off?
i plan on dedicatin these 14 months to training ONLY!
that means sleeping 10 hours a night..
anotehr 2 hour afternoon nap.
diet in check (from bulkin to cuttin of course)
and i have ALL the gear i could ask for including hgh ready for action.
you think 15 pounds of pure muscle is pushing it??
15lbs is more than doable bro... if you hit it for a year, GH/slin/gear i dont see any reason you cant put on 20lbs of solid muscle. i plan on putting on 15lbs by the end of august.
